This morning on our live radio program on 95.9 FM/1470 AM The Point, we had the pleasure of hosting one of our most inspiring guests to date! Fred Grooms, author and student motivational speaker, came on to share with us his amazing story of battling dyslexia, to refusing to accept “no” for an answer to get into college, to completing two masters degrees, to serving 5 years active duty in the army, to becoming a youth pastor, to fulfilling his calling now as a motivational speaker and author! If that’s not impressive, we don’t know what is.
Fred also was so kind to bring copies of his new Amazon.com best-selling book Who’s in Charge of Bob? for the entire Meredith Show team. If you or anyone you know has teenage children, this is a book you must order. Who’s in Charge of Bob? shares insight and gives teens and parents actionable steps on how to help teens take control of their lives, discover their unique talents, and increase their overall happiness, success, and optimism. Order it here!
We had a packed studio this morning, per usual, so of course we couldn’t let Fred go without a Meredith Show selfie!
Have a great rest of the week, and remember to keep sharing the love!
